*Why "Ultimate deLux" intead of "Les Frisbees deLux"? The answer is to be found in the travesties called trademarks and intellectual property. This hodgepodge of poorly thought-out laws, guidelines, and policies is what gave us the Frisbee (TM) trademark. Basically, Frisbee (TM) is owned by Wham-O, so in today's climate it's best to avoid any brush whatsoever with their lawyers. Thus, while we can probably call ourselves Les Frisbees deLux as much as we want, as soon as we want to get T-shirts or frisbees with our names on them, we can no longer use the word "frisbee". We're damned if we do, damned if we don't. If we don't use the word "frisbee" in our name, no one in Luxembourg will have the slightest clue what we do. And if we use the word frisbee in our name outside of Luxembourg, we risk getting sued. Smart, eh?
