=======================================
Minutes
After 3 hours of "debate" and two rounds of democratic voting, the last night
meeting of frisbee addicts reached the following conclusions:

1.) That the following expressed their desire to commit to a tournament team:

-Steve
-Thierry
-Ines
-Hannah
-Simon
-Martin
-Sara
-Laura
-Brendan
-Kenn
-Bojan
-Michael

The others present elected to keep frisbee a leisurely affair.

N.B. For those who couldn't make it last night, please say if you are willing to
commit to what Simon (our coach) has outlined below (about the team):

- Players should attempt to arrive and be ready on time;
- Players must tell someone (preferably the coach or the captain) if
they are going to miss practice;
- Players should focus and try their best when practicing techniques;
- Players should put the interests of the team first;
- Players should adhere to the spirit of the game at all times.

2.) Election for team coach: Simon (nominated, unopposed). Result: Simon

3.) Election for team captain: Martin nominated, Kenn nominated,
Martin receiving 7 votes, Kenn 6. Result: Martin.

4.) Club president: Kenn (nominated, unopposed). Result: Kenn

5.) Team name: Ultimate deLux was accepted. The following two
alternative spellings were also suggested: Ultimate de Lux and Ultimate deLuxe. So we must choose between:

*Ultimate deLux
*Ultimate de Lux
*Ultimate deLuxe

6.) Team T-shirt: It has been decided, for the unity of the team, that we should all wear
T-shirts of the same quality and design. It was also agreed that in the interests of those for whom the price of a high-quality jersey is an issue that certain players would help out. Those responsible for uniforms are:
- Brendan
- Hannah
- Laura
- Sara

Anyone who has any ideas for the design or knows artistic people that could help us with this is more than welcome to talk about it to the four above people. The suggested idea was to make something with the colors of the Luxembourgish flag.

6.) LFDF (Luxembourg Flying Disc Federation): Kenn, Sara, Laura, and Brendan have volunteered to be the administrators for the LFDF. It's primary goal is to promote frisbee in Luxembourg, with a specific eye toward official recognition by the government. Recognition confers important advantages such as free training fields and sponsorship.

N.B In case there are other people who want to be part of either the team in charge with T-shirts or LFDF, speak up. They are both open to other people.
